These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made directly from Forged In Fiber LLC through www.forgedinfiberus.com.
Forged In Fiber LLC (“Forged In Fiber,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) creates and sells original digital design files intended primarily for laser cutting, engraving, and related creative uses.
By purchasing or downloading a product from www.forgedinfiberus.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, products sold through www.forgedinfiberus.com are digital products. No physical product will be shipped.
The specific file types included with each purchase are described in the applicable product listing.
DIGITAL DESIGN LICENSE
Purchase of a digital design from Forged In Fiber grants the purchaser a license to use the design to create physical finished products.
Physical finished products created from a purchased design may be sold by the purchaser, including through the purchaser’s own small business.
Purchase of a design does not transfer ownership or copyright in the underlying digital artwork or design.
DIGITAL FILE RESTRICTIONS
You may not resell, redistribute, share, give away, trade, upload, sublicense, or otherwise provide the original digital files to another person or business except as specifically permitted under the Third-Party Production Services section below.
You may modify a purchased design for your own use or for creating physical finished products. However, modified, altered, converted, or derivative versions of the digital file may not be sold, shared, distributed, uploaded, or offered as digital products.
Making changes to a Forged In Fiber design does not give the purchaser ownership of the original design or the right to redistribute it digitally.
THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTION SERVICES
You may provide a purchased digital file to a third-party production service solely for the purpose of producing physical finished products on your behalf.
The third-party service may not retain, reuse, resell, share, distribute, or otherwise use the design for itself or for another customer.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that any third-party production provider complies with these license restrictions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original designs, artwork, product images, graphics, and digital files sold or displayed by Forged In Fiber remain the intellectual property of Forged In Fiber LLC unless otherwise expressly stated.
Purchasing a product grants the license described above. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the digital design.
PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product listing before purchase, including the file formats and any compatibility information provided.
Different laser machines, software, materials, settings, and production methods may produce different results.
If a file is materially defective, incorrect, or not as described in its product listing, please contact Forged In Fiber so that we can attempt to correct the issue in accordance with our Refund Policy.
PAYMENT AND ORDER PROCESSING
Payments made through www.forgedinfiberus.com are processed using available third-party payment providers, including PayPal.
Forged In Fiber does not directly receive or store customers’ complete credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other full payment credentials processed by those providers.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
Purchased digital products are delivered electronically following successful payment.

REFUNDS
Refunds and resolutions for digital products are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE
Customers are responsible for safely operating their own equipment and for selecting appropriate machine settings, materials, and production methods.
Forged In Fiber cannot guarantee identical results across different machines, software, materials, or settings.
THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACES
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made directly through www.forgedinfiberus.com.
Purchases made through third-party marketplaces or platforms, including Atomm, may also be subject to the terms and policies of those platforms.
VIOLATION OF LICENSE TERMS
Use or distribution of Forged In Fiber digital designs in violation of these terms may result in termination of the license granted with the purchase and may constitute infringement of Forged In Fiber’s intellectual property rights.
APPLICABLE LAW
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit or waive any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or waived under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Forged In Fiber may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or legal requirements.
The effective date shown at the top of this page indicates the most recent version.
